The company Word for Word was created out of passion for foreign languages and translation. Which is why, at the moment of establishing it in 2017, I had already graduated in English Philology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland’s finest university in the field. I had also graduated from the prestigious School of Translation, Interpreting and Languages at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. It was also during my time there that I perfected my abilities in translation and interpretation, later graduating with an above average score. It was there that I had the pleasure of learning frome some of the finest translators and interpreters in the country.

The pursuit of perfection

Because simultaneous and consecutive interpreting skills are difficult to learn, they require years of studying and constant improvement. After two years of a difficult course, I had been in the process of acquiring skills that are essential in the context of the market of language services. One of them worth mentioning is the ability to interpret incorporating in itself the skills of public speaking, emotion management and voice projection. Every day, I improve my ability in these areas, having acquired over 3000 hours’ worth of experience in the various modes of interpretation by now.
